Matriculated Students Paying for Spring Courses
Payment is due in full* no later than Monday, January 13, 2025. Payment in full means full payment made either by the student, the student submits a sponsorship payment letter, the student’s anticipated financial aid is reflected on their bill, or the first payment has been made on the payment plan. We offer a 5-month payment plan for matriculated students only with payments due the first of January, February, March, April, and May. The Payment Plan form can be found under the Students tab, payments/student billing page. Balances unpaid by the week of January 20th will incur $50 late fee beginning the week of January 27th. Meal plans will only be activated for accounts with payment activity by January 20, 2025 (payment in full, financial aid, payment plan payment, sponsorship).

Non-Matriculated Students Paying for Spring Courses
Payment is due in full no later than Monday, January 13, 2025 or you will be dropped from your spring courses for non-payment. Payment for courses picked up after this date are due in full at time of registering or you will be dropped.
Methods of Payment for Spring Courses
Cash, check, credit/debit card, financial aid, and sponsorship are all acceptable methods of payment. Sponsors may e-mail their payment authorization for tuition and fees to Tracey Farmer at tfarmer@mainecc.edu. Your sponsor may e-mail your book authorization to Angela Potter, Store Manager for Barnes & Noble (CM College Store) at apotter@bncollege.com. The authorization must show the student's name and CMCC ID number.
Book Funds
Book funds will become available beginning Monday, January 7, 2025 for financial aid students whose financial aid was showing on their account by December 18, 2024. Students newly registered and/or whose financial aid was finalized after this date will have their books funds become available within 48 hours. On Sunday, February 9, 2025 remaining funds on your CMCC account will be pulled and credited back toward your financial aid refund. Please make sure to purchase your books and supplies for all of your fall courses, including those that have not yet started, prior to Sunday, February 9, 2025.
Winter Term Courses
Winter Term course balances are due in full no later than December 11, 2024 or you will be dropped from your Winter Term course(s) on December 12, 2024.
