Paying for Summer Courses
Payment is due in full* no later than Monday, May 13, 2024, or you will be dropped from your 2024 summer courses. There is no payment plan for summer courses. Courses added after May 13, 2024 are due in full at the time of registration, or you will be dropped.
Contact Student Financial Services at (207) 755-5328 or at cm-sfs@cmcc.edu if your account does not show any summer financial aid that you were expecting.
Methods of Payment for Summer Courses
Cash, check, credit/debit card, financial aid, and sponsorship are all acceptable methods of payment. Sponsors may e-mail their payment authorization for tuition and fees to Tracey Farmer at tfarmer@cmcc.edu. Your sponsor may e-mail your book authorization to Angela Potter, Store Manager for Barnes & Noble (CM College Store) at apotter@bncollege.com. The authorization must show the student's name and CMCC student ID number.
Book Funds from Financial Aid
Book funds from financial aid credit balances will become available beginning Monday, May 6, 2024 for financial aid students whose financial aid was showing on their account by May 6, 2024. Students newly registered and/or whose financial aid was finalized after this date will become available within 48 hours. On Sunday, June 9, 2024 remaining funds on your one card account will be pulled and credited to your student account to begin the financial aid refund process. Please make sure to purchase books and supplies for all of your summer courses, including those that start later in the semester, prior to June 9, 2024.
