Description

What's the difference between diversity and inclusion? Does diversity include differences of all kinds (age, national origin, gender, "from away", etc.) or just some? What do we mean when we talk about "culture"? What is intercultural competency, and what is it not?

Perhaps most importantly, why do we need to know this? What does this have to do with the success of businesses and organizations?
