MAT 050 Algebra I
3 Credits (3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop) 3 Hrs/Wk (3 Hrs. Lecture) *15 wks
This course covers an introduction to algebraic operations including problem solving with simple equations, graphing, systems of equations, exponents, and polynomials. Students are expected to gain mastery in each of these areas and demonstrate their competency on appropriate tests. Prerequisite: See the Academic Catalog for the placement & prerequisite chart.
