MAT 030 Basic Mathematics

This preparatory course provides a review of the arithmetic processes including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percents, and measurement. Includes an introduction to algebraic concepts. Students are expected to gain mastery in each of these areas and demonstrate their competency on appropriate tests. Prerequisite: See page 33 of Academic Catalog for placement & prerequisite chart.
