EDU 286 Nutrition, Gardening and Cooking with Students3 Credits (3 Lecture, 0 Lab, 0 Shop)3 Hrs/Wk (3 Hrs Lecture) * 15 WeeksStudents will learn about the USDA standards surrounding food served in schools and centers. Participants will explore the ideas of teaching nutrition through preparation of food in a school garden/learning environment with children.
