CUA 299 Culinary ExternshipCredits 4 (0 Lecture, 0 Lab, 4 Shop)12 hrs week for 15 weeksThis course provides the student with field experience in a workplace under the supervision of a culinary professional. Sites for this internship must be arranged prior to course registration. Prerequisites: Minimum GPA of 2.0 and approval of program advisor or department chair.
