Description

In this course, we will attempt to understand the technological, economic, and social benefits e-commerce provides small business. This course is designed to familiarize participants with current and emerging electronic commerce strategies as well as addressing security and ethical concerns.

Course Objectives:
- Gain an understanding of the theories and concepts underlying e-commerce.
- Evaluate payment system options.
- Differentiate between e-commerce strategies.
- Provide insights on how to implement a stretegy that suits their business.
Understand several metrics that their business can use to measure progress, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
