This single day workshop is designed to assist people who are responsible for developing training materials and need to develop outstanding trainings. This course follows the training industry Instructional System Design (ISD) guidelines, also referred to ADDIE. It also provides effective techniques on how to utilize adult learning principles. Attendees will have adequate time to apply these training techniques to their own training materials. This course can be taken as a stand-alone course or taken prior to the Delivering Creative, Effective and Engaging Training course. It is recommended to take this course the day before the Delivering Creative, Effective and Engaging Training course, so that the design and development training techniques can be utilized for maximum impact.This course will enable individuals to design and develop interesting, effective and engaging training materials.
