Summer fruits are the best! They are sweet, juice, and plentiful. Learn how to use several of the best summer fruits Maine has to offer while also increasing your baking skills and knowledge to impress your next dinner party.This baking class is perfect for all skill levels—beginners will learn great skills to improve baking confidence and more experienced bakers learn new tricks and methods. Students must pay for this class in full when registering; there are no payment plans and federal financial aid cannot be used for non-credit classes.A seat will be reserved for three (3) business days to allow payment to be made. After three (3) business days the reservation will be cancelled and the registration process will have to be completed to enroll again after cancellation.
