Description

Students must pay for this class in full when registering; there are no payment plans and federal financial aid cannot be used for non-credit classes.

A seat will be reserved for three (3) business days to allow payment to be made.

After three (3) business days the reservation will be cancelled and the registration process will have to be completed to enroll again after cancellation.

October is ?Customer Service Month.? This four-part series celebrates the importance of customer service and will help you and your customer service team refresh, recharge and reconnect to your commitment to first class customer care.
