Description

Students must pay for this class in full when registering; there are no payment plans and federal financial aid cannot be used for non-credit classes.

A seat will be reserved for three (3) business days to allow payment to be made.

After three (3) business days the reservation will be cancelled and the registration process will have to be completed to enroll again after cancellation.

Course Description:
(Prerequisite: Essentials of Project Management or instructor approval)
As a project manager you must be competent in developing and executing a project plan, but your toolkit also must include effective management of your time and focus, as well as a range of leadership and relationship skills.

In this three-day workshop, you will examine, discuss and practice the half-dozen competencies of good people managers ? and do so under the special pressures of the project environment.
