Course Description:
Whether you are new to the human resources profession or you are a supervisor who needs to understand the HR function, this introductory course will offer you a comprehensive overview of the human resources roles and responsibilities. Topics include hiring and recruitment, employment law, compensation and benefits, employee development, and performance management. This course provides critical information to help you reduce potentially costly lawsuits and improve your employee management skills.

Students must pay for this class in full when registering; there are no payment plans and federal financial aid cannot be used for non-credit classes.

A seat will be reserved for three (3) business days to allow payment to be made.

After three (3) business days the reservation will be cancelled and the registration process will have to be completed to enroll again after cancellation.
