Description

Students must pay for this class in full when registering; there are no payment plans and federal financial aid cannot be used for non-credit classes.

A seat will be reserved for three (3) business days to allow payment to be made.

After three (3) business days the reservation will be cancelled and the registration process will have to be completed to enroll again after cancellation.

Course Description:
It is human nature to be helpful. This class will teach you how to transform this helpfulness into a competitive advantage and create a culture of mutual learning. Learn how to start a workplace mentoring program in your organization to enhance productivity, develop technical and leadership skills, improve employee satisfaction, facilitate succession planning, and keep knowledge capital in the organization.
