Description

Course Description:
Students will learn the basics of professional bartending and mixology and its application in restaurants, clubs, and function facilities. This course also includes the Maine Course, a six-hour seminar in the responsible service of alcohol as recommended by the State of Maine Liquor Commission and the Department of Human Services.

Students must pay for this class in full when registering; there are no payment plans and federal financial aid cannot be used for non-credit classes.

A seat will be reserved for three (3) business days to allow payment to be made.

After three (3) business days the reservation will be cancelled and the registration process will have to be completed to enroll again after cancellation.
