Description

A course on the recently revised US EPA requirements for lead renovation, repair and paint.
The one-day Lead Renovation and Repair course will be offered on three different dates: Thursday, July 29, Friday September 17 and Friday October 1st, from 8:00 am to 4:30pm. The cost of the course is $145 and includes materials and lunch.
Participants will learn the health effects and work practices associated with working with lead, as required by the US EPA and Maine Law. General contractors, carpenters, and painters are encouraged to attend.
The instructor will be Peter Crockett from the Maine Labor Group on Health.
