Description

The world of work is much too complex for employees to be ?individual contributors.? Everyone works in teams, be they effective or ineffective teams. You must pay close attention to how you collaborate with others in order to accomplish our goals. This class will examine how to build teams that work like well-oiled machines.

Participants will:
? Learn the stages of team development.
? Learn how to create team goals and processes to build a high performance team.
? Learn how to measure team success, or lack thereof.
? Assess their own organizations.
? Create a plan to move their team toward high performance.
