Lecture) *15 wksThis course exposes students to the United States legal environment in which companies, large and small, operate. Students will explore such topics as: The legal system, alternative dispute resolution, business ethics, constitutional law, torts, product liability, intellectual property, contracts, business organizations, the regulatory process, antitrust, consumer and environmental issues, and criminal law.
