Lecture) *15 wksThis course is designed to introduce students to the concept of leadership, various leadership styles and the cause and effect relationships in using the styles. Student successfully completing this course will learn that leadership is a set of practices that can be mastered. Participants will “experience” leadership activities by developing appropriate interpersonal skills through role playing and other activities.
