BCT 186 Field Experience II: 2 Credits (0 Lecture, 0 Lab, 2 Externship)Projected externship hours 160 minimum *4 wks In this course, the student works on the job site / shop of a sponsoring construction company. This hands-on training, under the direction and supervision of an experienced supervisor, reinforces the subjects learned in the first semester BCT core curriculum and previous Field Experience. Prerequisites: Department chairperson approval and a minimum 2.0 GPA with BCT 154 Millwork 1 and previous BCT Field Experience I, Construction company or independent contractor sponsor and valid driver?s license required.
