BCT 154 Millwork I 5 Credits (2 Lecture, 0 Lab, 3 Shop)23.5 Hrs/wk (4.25 Hrs Lecture, 0 Hrs Lab, 19.25 Hrs Shop) * 7 weeksIn this course students will learn about the major finish components of a residential home. Through a combination of mock-up and live work, students will experience the proper millwork and instruction of interior finish such as: door / window installation, casing, profiled baseboard, crown moldings, basic cabinets, and finish stair construction. Prerequisite: Participation in BCT Jobsite Track program and Department Chair approval.
