BCA 121 Word Processing
3 Credits (3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop)
3 Hrs/Wk (3 Hrs. Lecture) *15 wks
This course is intended to introduce skills and build mastery with Microsoft Word in a Windows environment. It is designed to develop competencies in a wide variety of word processing functions while building typing speed and accuracy. Students will become proficient in document management, text handling, merging, macros and a wide variety of document enhancements available in the software. Prerequisites: Basic keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC operations or instructor permission
