Description

BCA 101 Computer Keyboarding
3 Credits (3 Lecture 0 Lab 0 Shop)
3 Hrs/Wk (3 Hrs. Lecture) *15 wks
This is an introductory course in electronic keyboarding designed to present and develop basic keyboarding skills including speed, accuracy and professional stan dards. Students successfully completing this course will be expected to prepare doc uments and correspondence quickly, with a high degree of accuracy and will be judged using professional offi ce standards. This course will use IBM compatible computers and a variety of instructional software pro grams. BCA 101 will prepare individuals for Business and Computer Applications and a variety of other programs requiring keyboarding skills.
