Purpose
This day camp is designed for girls basketball players who are looking to take their game to the next level. We will focus on skill development, not just playing games. Campers will participate in intense workouts with our college players, trainers and/or strength & conditioning coaches. Ideally, each camper will leave camp with an understanding of the physical training, mindset, and skill work necessary to compete at the college level.
