Registration form for non-matriculated/non-degree students.
Are you transferring to one of the University of Maine colleges BEFORE you complete your Associate's degree? If so, please consider the Reverse Credit Transfer. This program allows you to complete the CMCC program requirements at one of the University of Maine campuses and transfer them back to CMCC so that you may earn the Associate degree from CMCC that you have worked so hard for. Please review the link for additional information.
This form grants CMCC permission to discuss details of a students educational records with a third-party, such as a parent, spouse, or sponsor. Form must be completed, signed, and submitted by the student to the Registrar's Office.
Attention: We have suspended processing paper transcript requests and are no longer issuing physical copies of records.
