Description

Disney is recognized and admired around the world! The company's remarkable success comes from its ability to keep customers coming back again and again. Using principles from Inside the Magic Kingdom: Seven Keys to Disney’s Success and Lessons from the Mouse, participants will discover and apply the seven keys to create an extraordinary customer experience in their own workplace. This fun-filled approach to improving customer service is highly interactive and is sure to raise the bar for customer service excellence. This six-hour training combines communication skills with customer service as we explore the world-acclaimed Disney model of customer service.

Pre-work: Purchase "Inside the Magic Kingdom: Seven Keyes to Disney's Success." Roughly 160 pages, this book is an easy read, very engaging, and will be the centerpiece of the classroom discussion.
