Description

Proper barbecue is more than throwing a piece of meat on a grill. It requires time, patients, and a new set of skills. we will be looking at the basics of barbecue, from rubs to sauces, cooking methods, and regions of meat. Get excited to dive into the makings of a great barbecue!
