Description

Students must pay for this class in full when registering; there are no payment plans and federal financial aid cannot be used for non-credit classes.

A seat will be reserved for three (3) business days to allow payment to be made.

After three (3) business days the reservation will be cancelled and the registration process will have to be completed to enroll again after cancellation.

Course Description:
In today?s economy change is a major part of any business. Change is an ongoing process with a progressive sequence of behaviors that need to be experienced and mastered. Understanding this will provide you with the theoretical foundation to begin to manage change. This workshop will help you develop the skills to identify negative behaviors such as denial, apprehension, anger, and resistance and use specific strategies to help yourself and others to manage the change curve.
