Using a six-stage planning/organizing design, discussions and case studies, and a detailed manual as the guiding text, this two-day series will help you simplify and clarify the structure and process for well-run projects, emphasizing the role of the Project Manager and establishing clear responsibilities for all stakeholders.

Topics include:
Establishing clear agreements among all stakeholders
Organizing an effective team
Breaking down the project into work packages
Specifying details of each work package
Developing and managing management processes for schedule, risk and change
