Description

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Identify the components and explain the application and operation of the basic refrigeration cycle
Explain operation of the basic refrigeration cycle and heat transfer
Demonstrate proper application and /or use of tools, test equipment, and safety procedures
Demonstrate accepted refrigeration applications
Pass an EPA approved refrigerant handling exam (EPA 608)
Must have windows-based laptop
