Description

This course focuses on best practices in communication, both written and verbal, in a professional environment including preventing poor grammar and word use issues, appropriate workplace conversation, and maintaining professionalism across all communication platforms. It covers a variety of issues and explores methods to help address them, while providing strategies to deal with conflict between employees to resolve issues in a non-threatening way that doesn’t negatively impact morale. In addition, the importance of a smart online presence will be discussed and how an adverse presence could reflect negatively on the employer.
