Description

The intent of this course is to provide education and guidance on how to create a workplace environment of zero tolerance for bullying.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the different types of bullying that can occur in the workplace environment;
- Describe the difference between a tolerable environment versus a zero tolerance workplace environment;
- Demonstrate a zero tolerance perspective/attitude towards bullying;
- Generate ideas towards improving their own workplace to create an environment of change and acceptance.
