Buying, selling and investing of real estate in Maine doesn't have to be complicated. In this two hour workshop, you will learn the aspects of both purchasing real estate for your own personal use and for investment purposes. We will explore best practices to buy and sell at optimal prices. Participants will analyze their current situation and tolerance level as to if they can enter the real estate market as a consumer or an investor.

After this workshop you will know how to make sure you are buying the right property, define basic strategies to maximize your purchasing power and lastly, how to explore and negotiate for the best deal.
