"When something happens with a customer and you’re not sure what to do? “Give ‘em the Pickle!” Do what it takes to make things right!"

Customer Service is a skill that takes years of experience to become accustomed to; with the help of our instructor and the "Give 'Em the Pickle" philosophy, we can teach you quick tricks to make the customer feel like they are always right. You may not always be giving a pickle away, but you can learn how to make most situations a win-win for you and the customer. Whether you walk away with knowledge about how to better interact with your customers or just a cool piece of our "pickle paraphernalia," we invite you to come sit with us!
