Description

In today’s reorganized, re-engineered workplace, change is part of everyday life - especially if organizations expect to remain competitive. But from new responsibilities and skill requirements to new products and processes, the experience of organizational change can sometimes seem like navigating a windy road while wearing a blindfold. Front line supervisors are responsible for leading others through a myriad of changes on a daily basis. Understanding that change is an ongoing process that has a progressive sequence of change behaviors that need to be experienced and mastered will provide participants with the foundation to begin to manage change. Participants will develop the skill of identifying seemingly negative behaviors such as denial, apprehension, anger, and resistance and use specific strategies to help others master change.
