Description

Resilience in the 21st century includes the capacity to bounce back in the face of stress, challenge, and adversity. They do not dwell on disappointment but rather learn from experience and focus on solutions. Resilient individuals exhibit four core sub-competencies: self-awareness, exhibiting the cognitive and emotional flexibility to adjust and adapt.

Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be awarded a "Resilience" digital badge.

Self-Awareness – self-aware individuals possess “conscious knowledge of one's own character, feelings, motives, and desires.”
